Grace is a Birth and Postnatal Doula, registered with Doula UK. She lives in Reading, Berkshire, with her family and was as inspired to become a doula after the birth of her second son.

Grace believes in every woman’s right to an empowering and dignified birth. She will strive to be there for her clients in ways that help them feel informed, calm and reassured. Grace has supported women who have had successful VBACS, natural twin births, C-Sections and instrumental births.

Grace is passionate about helping mothers feel confident feeding their babies. She has been a volunteer at a local breastfeeding support group for 4 years and co-runs the Positive Birth Movement meetings in Caversham and helps to facilitate the Attachment Parenting group meetings.

Nuria is a Birth and Postnatal doula, registered with Doula UK. She lives in Reading, Berkshire with her partner and their son.

When she was pregnant, she got inspired by Michel Odent and his philosophy about birth, oxytocin, privacy, doulas and found herself willing to help other mums to give birth without fear. As a doula, her aim is to point out to evidence-based information so that mums can make an informed decision and to respect and protect mother’s space while providing a calm and peaceful environment.

She is very passionate on breastfeeding and has a strong interest in Attachment/Gentle parenting. She is a babywearing consultant and offers one to one consultations.

She currently facilitates the Attachment Parenting group meetings in Reading and the Woodland Play sessions.

Olga Zilberbergunnamed

Olga  is a Parenting Practitioner and a NLP & CBT Therapist working in the Reading and Henley area. She lives in Reading with her husband and two daughters. Olga was inspired to work with families and children after the birth of her daughter and started studying child psychology moving onto family work studies to better support her children and family life.

Olga believes that family life and connections form one of the most important parts of our lives bringing us much happiness and fulfillment, however sometimes family relations can be put under strains. Raising children can be a physical and emotional rollercoaster and that is why parents need all the support they can get.

She currently facilitates the Attachment Parenting group meetings in Reading.

Katie is a mum of two children, Sarah who is 5 and Daniel 2. She is also a Midwife, qualified in 2006 and has worked both in hospital and on community. As part of her job, she learnt to do baby massage and qualified as a Touch Learn Infant Massage teacher in 2009.

She now runs some groups and one to one sessions in people’s homes. Get in touch with her for more info on her groups and sessions!
